General Terms and Conditions of the Store
Article 1.
(Scope and Definitions)
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions made for the purchase of products through the website at www.azulanacronico.pt, including registration and ordering.
2. For the purposes of these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
a. Azul Anacrónico, Lda, a limited liability company with its registered office at Praceta Carlos Pereira Callixto 1, 3º Esq, Alfragide, 2610-032 Amadora, registered under tax identification number 517225484, holder of all copyright and related rights to the website at www.azulanacronico.pt, as well as other rights that may be subject to protection under the Industrial Property Code;
b. “Customer: any entity that places an order through the website at www.azulanacronico.pt
3. These general conditions do not exclude the rights and guarantees of the Customer under applicable legislation for contracts of this nature.
4. Azul Anacrónico, Lda, reserves the right to change these “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” without prior notice, making the necessary changes on the website and ensuring that these changes will not affect purchases already made before their implementation.
Article 2.
(Registration)
1. To place an order, the Customer must be registered, which can be done through the website at www.azulanacronico.pt, by filling in the fields on the form provided there.
2. After registering as a Customer, the Customer can access their personal online account by logging in using the personal and non-transferable password chosen during registration.
3. From the moment the Customer logs into the website www.azulanacronico.pt, they are subject to these general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory norms governing its operation and use.
Article 3.
(Order)
1. To place an order, the Customer must access their personal online account on the website www.azulanacronico.pt, logging in using their email and password, and select the product(s) available for online sale, completing the order by confirming the delivery address, tax identification number, and final order validation.
2. After final order validation, the Customer will receive an automatic "Order Confirmation" email message, and the order will be analyzed by Azul Anacrónico, Lda's internal services to assess the delivery conditions of the ordered product(s). This phase is intended to be as short as possible, preferably completed on the same day.
3. An email will be sent indicating the availability of the material and including a Delivery Note, which details the necessary information for payment, namely Multibanco Reference or IBAN for Bank Transfer. Possibly, at this stage, if any clarifications are needed, telephone contact may be necessary.

5. Order tracking can also be done through the "My Account" link, found in the Customer's personal account on the website www.azulanacronico.pt.
6. The final validation of the order constitutes, on the part of the Client, a declaration of full and unconditional acceptance of the transaction, including acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the legal and regulatory norms governing acquisitions of this nature, the price and characteristics of the ordered product, with the consequent mutual enforceability (by the Client and Azul Anacrónico, Lda) of the services contained in the order communication document.
7. The products available for order are located on the website www.azulanacronico.pt.
Article 4.
(Price and characteristics of the products)
1. The prices of the products for sale on the website www.azulanacronico.pt are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise indicated.
2. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs,which will be added to the total value of the order after selecting the shipping method from the available options.
3. The prices of the products listed on the website www.azulanacronico.pt may be changed at any time without prior notice, but not after acceptance order by Azul Anacrónico, Lda.
4. The products offered by Azul Anacrónico, Ldaare presented on the website www.azulanacronico.pt, accompanied by a description of their characteristics, meaning that the Customer has been informed of these characteristics before placing the order.
5. Upon confirmation of the order, the purchase and sale contract for the products is formalized, as well as the inherent delivery service.
6. After order confirmation, an email will be sent to the customer with a summary of the order.
7. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer who makes the payment via Multibanco or MBWay, or another available method, prior to receiving the order.
8. For items sold by weight, the weight will be approximate and may be subject to changes and variations.
9. The use of the website www.azulanacronico.ptdoes not imply any additional cost.
10. The minimum shipping cost via Azul Anacrónico, Lda 's logistics operator for mainland Portugal is €10.
11. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the aforementioned values are subject to change without prior notice, and the Customer may verify the shipping costs to be charged at the time of order completion.
12. Azul Anacrónico, Lda may offer other delivery services on its website www.azulanacronico.pt , with prices varying according to the method chosen by the Customer.
13. For more information regarding shipping costs, the Customer may contact Azul Anacrónico, Lda via the email address fins.bruno@gmail.com. fins.bruno@gmail.com.
14. Azul Anacrónico, Lda reserves the right to ship ordered products free of charge (“free shipping”), this possibility being expressly indicated on the website www.azulanacronico.pt and, if applied, will be mentioned at the time of order completion.
Article 5.
(Delivery)
1. Azul Anacrónico, Lda will ship the product(s) ordered by the Customer through the logistics operator to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order confirmation, which may be different from the billing address.
2. Deliveries will be made on the days and times used by the logistics operator.
3. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda will not deliver any product to post office boxes.
4. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda undertakes to ship the order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) working days.
5. In case of product unavailability, namely due to stock shortage, Azul Anacrónico, Lda will inform the Customer and may proceed with a replacement, subject to the Customer's acceptance. The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation for this situation.
6. The delivery time, which will depend on the logistics operator and the destination of the order, is added to the deadlines stipulated in the previous paragraphs.
7. Upon delivery of the order, the logistics operator will collect the signature of the person receiving it at the address indicated by the Customer, after the Customer has carefully inspected it. Refusal to sign the delivery document implies that this fact will be recorded on the document and the order will not be delivered to the Customer.
8. If the order is damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery or accept it with reservations, noting these on the delivery document.
9. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the Customer must also contact Azul Anacrónico, Lda, through the website www.azulanacronico.pt
10. If delivery of the order is not possible, the logistics operator will leave a notice in the Customer's mailbox, and the Customer must contact the operator directly to schedule a new delivery during business hours, within a maximum of 1 (one) business day.
11. If the order cannot be successfully delivered on the new date due to a reason attributable to the Customer, the order will be returned to Azul Anacrónico, Lda.
12. If the Customer does not receive the order under the terms stipulated in the preceding paragraphs, and it is returned, the purchase will be considered cancelled.
13. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered products when such delays result from force majeure or fortuitous events, including strikes, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, riots, blockades, insurrections, acts of sabotage, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, fires, floods or other extreme weather or environmental conditions, as well as any act of public authority, provided that it is not attributable to Azul Anacrónico, Lda.
14. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery deadline for the ordered products will be extended until it is possible to fulfill the obligation.
15. If four (4) months have elapsed without the cessation of the force majeure event, either Party may terminate the contract on such grounds.
Article 6.
(Returns Policy)
1. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda will accept returns when legally required.
2. O Cliente na nossa loja on-line, tem o direito de, sem incorrer em quaisquer custos, resolver o contrato no prazo máximo de 30 dias corridosfrom the day on which they take effective possession of the goods, and must, without needing to state a reason, notify Azul Anacrónico, Lda of their intention to terminate the contract through any unequivocal statement.
3. The CUSTOMER may not freely terminate contracts for:
a) Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
b) Supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
c) Supply of sealed goods which are not returnable for reasons of health protection or hygiene if opened after delivery;
d) Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
e) Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the delivery of these publications;
4. To proceed with the return of the product, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered or defaced, and with all accessories or promotional offers, if included, and also duly accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
5. After receiving the product and verifying its perfect condition, Azul Anacrónico, Lda will accept the return of the product, proceeding with the respective refund within 30 days.
6. Em caso de rutura do stock, procederá a Azul Anacrónico, Lda will refund the amount paid by the Customer, using the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial transaction.
7. The refund foreseen in the previous paragraph will be made based on the price actually paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.
8. Except as provided in the following paragraph, all expenses arising from the return of the order will be borne by the Customer.
9. In any case, the return of defective products and/or incorrect shipments will be accepted, with Azul Anacrónico, Lda being responsible for the shipping and return costs, provided that the Customer communicates this circumstance to the aforementioned address within 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of the products.
10. In the situation foreseen in the previous paragraph, Azul Anacrónico, Lda assumes responsibility for defects of origin presented by the ordered product, and will proceed with the exchange of the product, or the return of the amount paid, without any costs to the Customer.
11. Azul Anacrónico, Lda will not accept the return of damaged products, or those showing evident signs of use, and will not be responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect and/or negligent use, nor for components subject to wear and tear from normal use of the product.
12. The Customer may submit their complaints or requests for resolution through the email address info@azulanacronico.pt, or in writing, to Praceta Carlos Pereira Callixto 1, 3º Esq, Alfragide, 2610-032 Amadora.
Article 7.
(Responsibility)
1. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda não é responsável por qualquer dano decorrente da intervenção abusiva de terceiros no sistema informático que suporta o sítio da internet, nem pelos danos decorrentes da utilização da internet e resultantes da presença de vírus informáticos ou outro software malicioso.
2. The website www.azulanacronico.pt tem como objetivos exclusivos a comercialização de equipamentos eletrónicos e de telecomunicações para o mercado B2B pela Azul Anacrónico, Lda to the Customer, under the indicated conditions, as well as providing a personal account to order these products; the website may not be used for any other purpose.
3. A Azul Anacrónico, Lda will not be responsible for any abusive use by third parties of the website access data, which are personal and non-transferable.
Article 8
(Duration)
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply for the duration of the commercial relationship established between the Customer and Azul Anacrónico, Lda, concluded through the website www.azulanacronico.pt.
2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not preclude the possibility of subsequent review or alteration of these conditions by Azul Anacrónico, Ltda. Azul Anacrónico, Lda.
Article 9.
(Evidence and Archives)
1. The computer records kept in the computer system of Azul Anacrónico, Lda are considered proof of the conclusion of the contract between the Parties, as well as the conditions under which it was concluded.
2. The archiving of supporting documents for orders, and the invoices associated with them, will be done in a reliable and durable medium.
Article 10.
(Applicable Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed, in all matters not expressly stated herein, by Portuguese law.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation or application of these general conditions, the Parties shall endeavor, through all possible means of dialogue and methods of reconciling interests, to reach a mutually agreed solution to the matter.
3. If the dispute persists, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
